Three groups, one Chair
Chief Executive group. Launched June 2025. A room of non-competing CEOs and founders from different industries, working on real issues, real decisions and real accountability. Only some industry seats remain.
Family-focused CE group. Forming now, with founding seats open. Every bit a standard Chief Executive group, for leaders with family ties in their business. This group is the first of its kind in Vistage: we have two brothers from the same family business in the same group. It launches with 8 members.
The Connectors. A Vistage Trusted Advisor group for the attorneys, CFOs, wealth advisers, coaches and other professionals CEOs rely on. One seat per lane, so no two members compete. Half a day each month in Northern Virginia, currently in Reston.
All three rooms share one mission: Harambee, Swahili for "all pull together."
Why work with me
I've been a Vistage member since 2011. I started the road to Chair in 2024, completed Vistage Chair Academy in February 2025 and launched my first group that June.
Before that I built a company from scratch, sold it to a PE-backed firm, stayed on the M&A team through acquisitions, then started and divested a second venture. I know the weight of the decisions my members carry because I've carried them.
I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA, an MBA and a PMP. I run an AI-enabled practice on tools I built myself, so issues raised in the room get follow-through between meetings.
What members say
"I come here for the ability to be vulnerable and not be judged and still get the help that I need. It's been an amazing experience."
"I got what I didn't know I needed."
"You can't fake this level of care."
Is it a fit?
I don't use a hard revenue cutoff. Vistage Chief Executive groups are designed for companies of roughly $10 million to $100 million in revenue, but I care more about where you're going than where you are today. I'd rather have a CEO at $3 million working to reach $30 million than a $75 million CEO who's content running a lifestyle business. Some of my members lead smaller companies today but have run public companies or were the #2 who grew a company from $1 million to $60 million.
What every member shares: they want to be challenged, not applauded. A peer group should be a safe space, but safe doesn't always mean comfortable. Members have to be resilient, trusting and willing to be vulnerable.
Each room holds one seat per industry. If yours is taken in one group, we'll talk about the other room or the waiting list.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the Vistage Chair in Loudoun County?
Jeffrey A. Goldman, Ph.D., PMP, is the only Vistage Chair in Loudoun County, Virginia. He chairs two Chief Executive groups and The Connectors, a Trusted Advisor group, through his firm GoldSentinel, Inc. in Lansdowne.
Who can join a Vistage group in Loudoun County?
CEOs, presidents and owners who want to grow. Chief Executive groups are designed for companies of roughly $10 million to $100 million in revenue, but there is no hard cutoff: I weigh ambition and experience as heavily as size. Each room holds one seat per industry.
Where do the groups meet?
The CEO groups meet once a month for a full day, and members take turns hosting at their own businesses. The Connectors meet a half day each month in Northern Virginia, currently in Reston. We also hold Vistage Experience events two to three times a year, usually at Lansdowne, where prospective members can see a group at work.
How much time does it take?
One full day a month in the group, plus up to two hours of private coaching with me. No one has ever told me at the start, "Of course! I have a day a month for this." Once they start, they tell me, "I don't have time to miss this."
What does Vistage cost?
Membership has monthly dues and a one-time enrollment fee. I walk through exact pricing when we meet. The annual business valuation and strategic plan included with membership are each worth more than a year of dues on their own.
Is there a family business peer group in Loudoun County?
Yes. My family-focused CE group is for leaders with family ties in their business: spouses who co-founded, siblings working side by side, or owners doing business with an in-law's company. It is the first Vistage group of its kind: we have two brothers from the same family business in the same group.
Is there a Vistage group for advisors, not CEOs?
Yes. The Connectors is a Vistage Trusted Advisor group for professionals who serve CEOs, such as attorneys, fractional CFOs, wealth advisers and coaches. There is one seat per lane, so no two members compete.
What happens in a meeting?
Members bring real issues, framed as "How do I..." questions, and the group works them through together. Meetings also include expert speakers and accountability on the commitments members made last time.
How is Vistage different from TAB, C12 or EO?
Each serves a different kind of leader, and I'm happy to help you find your people even if it isn't with me. Here is how each organization describes itself:
- The Alternative Board (TAB): a franchise of locally owned practices offering peer boards and one-to-one coaching for privately held business owners. Boards meet about a half day a month.
- C12: monthly peer groups for Christian CEOs, business owners and executives, built around a faith-based curriculum.
- EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization): for owners, founders and majority stakeholders of companies with at least $1 million in revenue, who meet regularly in confidential Forums.
- Vistage: the world's largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization, with about 45,000 members worldwide. Founded in 1957, it has been around for nearly 70 years, decades longer than TAB (1990), C12 (1992) or EO (1987). Groups of non-competing CEOs meet a full day each month, led by a professional Chair trained by Vistage and experienced in facilitating peer rooms, who also coaches each member one-on-one.
If another group fits you better, I'll tell you.
