Vistage
Better Leaders. Better Decisions. Better Outcomes.
Chaired by Jeffrey A. Goldman, Ph.D., PMP
What Membership Includes
Imagine spending one day a month with a dozen McKinsey-level consultants who know your business, care about your outcomes, and hold you accountable. That is the Vistage experience. Since 1957, more than 45,000 leaders in 40 countries have relied on this model to make better decisions. Your membership includes far more than the monthly meeting:
Annual Business Valuation
A comprehensive 29-page BizEquity report covering Asset, Equity, Enterprise, and Liquidation value with 30+ KPIs. This tool alone would cost more than your annual membership dues.
Annual Strategic Planning
A 60+ page customized strategic plan to align your team, resources, and initiatives. Tailored to your business. Private and confidential. Worth more than your annual dues.
Expert Speakers & Network
4-8 top-tier speakers per year. Regional CEO events and workshops. Access to a global network of 45,000+ leaders and proprietary research available only to the world's largest companies.
Two CEO Groups. One Advisor Group.
Chief Executive Group
Launched June 2025
A high-performing room of non-competing CEOs and founders from diverse industries. Monthly full-day meetings focused on real issues, real decisions, and real accountability. Every member brings a different lens. Every conversation sharpens your thinking.
Status: Only specific industry slots remain. If your industry seat is already occupied, we can discuss placement on the waiting list.
Family-Focused CE Group
Forming Now | Founding Seats Available
Every bit a standard Vistage Chief Executive group, with one difference: members have family ties in their business. You might have co-founded with a spouse, work alongside siblings or do business with an in-law's company. This room tackles the issues only family businesses face.
This group is the first of its kind in Vistage: we have two brothers from the same family business in the same group. Founding members shape the room's values, operating agreements and who joins for years to come. Recurring costs do not begin until the group launches with 8 members.
The Connectors
Vistage Trusted Advisor Group | Founding Seats Available
A Vistage Trusted Advisor group for the professionals CEOs rely on: attorneys, fractional CFOs, wealth advisers, cybersecurity leaders, coaches and more. One seat per lane, so no two members compete. Every member holds a veto on who joins. We meet a half day each month in Northern Virginia, currently in Reston. Open lanes include marketing, sales and insurance.
"My favorite part, though, was definitely the issue processing. I really enjoyed hearing everyone's perspectives and working through a real business challenge together. One of my biggest takeaways was the importance of slowing down, reframing and asking better questions before jumping to solutions."
What Every Member Receives
The Investment in Your Leadership
01 Time Investment
- Monthly Full-Day Group Meeting — with 4-8 expert speakers each year
- Monthly 1-to-1 Coaching Session — up to 2 hours with Jeff
"I've not yet met anyone who said at the beginning, 'Of course! I have one day a month and another hour a month for this.' But once they start, they will tell you, 'I don't have time to miss this.'"
02 Hosting Duties
Members rotate hosting our monthly Vistage group meeting. The host covers expenses for the meeting space and meals. Members consistently say hosting is a benefit: it is an opportunity for the group to visit your location, dive deep into your business, and see day-to-day operations in a completely different industry.
