Since 2011, I've had the privilege of being a Vistage member, surrounded by some of the most insightful, passionate, and innovative leaders—CEOs and business titans who have become not just peers, but lifelong friends.

Through candid conversations, shared wisdom, and powerful issue processing, I've experienced firsthand how transformative a strong peer group can be. My Book

Our Group Mission is "Harambee" - We all pull together.

Harambee is a Kenyan tradition meaning "all pull together" in Swahili. This word honors a dear friend who helped me immensely and encapsulates what our groups are all about.
